		<description>The likelihood of governments being able to maintain existing networks is small, the building of new networks is ridiculous, unsustainable and unaffordable if peak oil really takes effect. Best not to even engage in wishful thinking, it just encourages politicians.</description>

		<description>I agree with 90% of what has been written but disagree with the statement that 75% of the population will live in cities by 2050, I think the trend will be back to how it was in the 1920&#039;s where the production of food was carried out by the many to supply a much smaller city population. Villages will start to spring up along main transport routs, all the urban sprawl will fall into ruin and be turned in farming lots, that&#039;s if the water supply is available, now that&#039;s going to be a major problem for many areas.</description>
